Download ContinuMail Converter for Windows 10 or 11 to convert Thunderbird profiles and mbox archives into Outlook PST locally. The current release is v0.3.2, costs $0, requires no sign-up, and includes the Windows desktop app; command-line builds are available for Windows, Linux, and Apple Silicon macOS.

If Windows shows a SmartScreen prompt

This early release isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn about an "unknown publisher." If you trust this source, click More info → Run anyway. Code signing is on the roadmap.

Before you rely on the output

It's an early 0.x release. Keep a backup of your originals, open the resulting PST in Outlook (or a test profile) to validate it, and review the conversion report.

Prefer the command line?

The same engine ships as a CLI for Windows, Linux x64 and macOS (Apple Silicon) — useful for automation and large batch jobs. Grab the binary for your OS from the releases page; usage lives in the project README. (On Windows, the desktop installer already includes it.)
